We are a small indie studio of passionate game developers, CG and Android app programmers.
History
Before foundingThe idea to start eof studios was strong in the minds of all 5 founders. They arranged several brainstorming sessions to come up with a stunning first project, and after several months, the company was formed to start making real business in the field of software products (mostly mobile apps). The official founding date is 23 July, 2014, almost a year after the first brainstorming session.
Push to SwearRealising a hole in the market of Edutainment (education through entertainment) apps, the company founders decided to craft a multi-lingual app made for tourists and teenagers willing to learn new words. This app was supposed to entertain and teach foreign languages in a fun way. Using swear words. Harsh swear words. And so, the first project by eof studios was born. The idea for Push to Swear came up first in November 2013, long before eof studios was founded. After over a year of development, the company is releasing the ultimate swearing app for Android - Push to Swear, on 14 February, 2015.
SpacetrisThe initial idea came to us during the Windows 10 GameJam on 16 May 2015 in Bratislava where we prototyped the earliest Spacetris version. This version allowed the player to enjoy a fast-paced combat in space. In control of a spaceship made out of blocks the players was able to destroy similar enemy ships and enhance his own by attaching their blocks.
